When I lock my vehicle the car makes a loud whining sound that be heard more than 10 feet away. I'm assuming it's the actuator? Has anyone ran into this problem before? It started happening a couple of months ago and I did not pay much mind to it, but as I approach the end of the warranty period I figured it may be time to take it in.

I'll have to make an appointment sometime this week or after new years to have the dealer take a look.
