Question dont know if its a problem

New TL owner here....

I got home after a long drive (3+ hours) during the day (no rain) and when I parked in my garage I had water dripping on the floor. NOT from the usual spot on a car (under engine - AC condenser) but from the wheel wells on the front and back tires. It actually was dripping from behind the black plastic undersheathing that surrounds the wheel well...

any ideas what this could be???

do I have an issue?? It looked and smelled (no smell) like plain water.....

Its probably the same thing, because I get the same as if it was coming from behind the wheels...

That material isn't actually plastic per say, but more of a sound dampner material. Because of this, if you went through any puddles, then it will retain a little bit of that water, then it will seem like the car is leaking water, when actually it is just the water that was absorbed by that material.
