Title says it all. Its the belt directly next to the engine

Its showing stress signs. It is a cheap part, go ahead and replace.


Any pics showing the inside "ribbed" part of the belt?

Tell does it look like rust on the steering wheel pump? or is that just dried PS fluid, might have contributed to the brown coloration on the belt and faster wear.

But OP yes, change it out, plan to change mine out also, once I find where the leak is coming from on my PS pump so the new belt doesnt get affected by the PS fluid.

Thanks guys. I can get a pic of the inside and post it tomorrow and I'll look around and see if there is any noticeable rust on the pump.

Anyone know a part number for the belt?

Don't use a Goodyear Gatorback - something about the edge design causes noise/squeaking .... or so I've read. If you search Gatorback, you should find more info.
