Does anyone have this problem
I don't. But I live in a pretty warm climate. Nevertheless, if it is excessive (which it sounds like it may be), then that doesn't sound right. Perhaps a visit to a dealership is in order.
It's normal to get a tremble. If you listen to your exhaust as the car warms up its louder then you hear it die out and the reason ive learned for all of this is because of the ULEV system. Plus when the car 1st starts the Rpm's are generally 1,300 or so. On your average car they can be up at 2K+ so all of these things factor in, and its mainly due to the Ulev system.
To clear up the exhaust noise, I have a comptech exhaust and during start up its pretty deep in tone and if you listen closely it sounds like a switch valve was turned on you can hear the tone get very quiet. Yet the car isn't warmed up yet and the temp is still @ (c)

like the others have said, its the ULEV II system. What it does is it revs the car at 1000-1300 RPM's. This helps the car warm up faster to operating temps so less gas is wasted during driving. IT is normal, it you feel it is excessive, check your motor mounts, if they are not broken, neutralize them by making them finger-tight, shifting between park, drive, neutral, reverse, drive and neutral. Then while in neutral tighten mounts.
Actually the tremble is emission related but its not RPM related. The reason being that a severely rich misfire will destroy catalyst material as you might know. A "controlled" misfire will heat a catalyst quickly thus increasing the efficiency of the catalytic converter. What you feel is the car slightly misfiring to get the cats up to operating temperature as quickly as possible to reduce overall tailpipe emissions. There..now you know.
