Does anyone else get water in their wing spoiler?

I noticed that whenever I lifted my trunk up water was slowly dripping out of the wing where it mounts to the trunk. Obviously this worried me since I don't want it rusting under their. So yesterday I took it off to see if I could do something to stop that from happening. To my surprise when I took the wing off it felt like it was practically full of water, I drained at least 16oz out of the thing. I am completely baffled how that much water could accumulate in their in one year and have no idea where it was coming from. I decided to drill 8 pin size holes at the low points of the wing (where it mounts and on either end.) I painted the inside of the holes by putting a little paint on the end of a toothpick so you really can't see them at all. Hopefully that will stop this, but I am curious if anyone else has had this problem?

every time i wash my car and try to open the trunk after it leaks like crazy. Annoying after you just dried your bumper.

Do you guys have the OEM wing? If the double sided tape is properly used, I don't know how the water can get in there....
