Disengage the seatbelt warning 07 TL

I would like to disengage the seatbelt intermittent sound that continues to alarm when you are not wearing your seatbelt in the 2007 Acura TL. Any idea on how this can be acheived?

Uhmmm .... by buckling the seatbelt????

This is a contentious issue everytime it comes up. You'll get a lot of that ( ^^ ), so prepare to be flambeed.

there is almost no way to get rid of it. IT is tied into too many systems to take out and also, why not just buckle up, much easier and it saves lives. Like the poster above said, be prepared for a flame war.

Sorry, but disabling a safety feature and/or soliciting ideas on how to do this is not permitted on Acurazine. I see that you are relatively new to the site. I invite you to do a search on this topic if you require further clarification.

Happy Motoring!
