Is it OK to say something nice about a dealer?
I took my 2006 TL in to Bradshaw Acura in Greenville SC for the power steering hose recall. They were ready for me and loaned me a nice 2008 TL for the day.
They have one of the nicest shops I've seen - spacious, clean, and well equipped. The service advisor was well informed and answered all my concerns including the O-ring problem that others have reported. He called me on the cell when it was ready and offered to wash it as well.
Overall, they treated me much better than I ever expected.
I should also mention, that this is my first trip to the dealer since I bought the car in Oct 2005. It now has 27K miles on it and has been trouble free. Best car that I ever owned!
