Hey guys,

I feel like an idiot asking this but I dont have access to my car manual right now and Im trying to replace my passenger day time running light. According to autozone its a 9005 bulb and I'm trying to find a diagram but I don't see where it is. It should be in the section of the headlight where the amber is but Im missing something. Any help?!!

 

Pretty sure, US cars are fogs 9006 and CND cars is drl 9005

 

Call me an idiot, but I don't have DRL on my 2006 TL base w/Nav.
Was this an option you have to choose?

 

If your car is American, it won't have DRL.
It's 9006 and it's your fog light.

If it's Canadian, it will have DRL and it is indeed 9005.

 

Yes they're 9006 bulbs but I dont see where its located in the housing. Call me crazy or blind but I looked and then I tried finding a diagram online and couldn't find anything.

 

What do you mean you don't see it? There is only one bulb in the inner housing and it is your fog light. Looking in from the front, you may only see the shield that covers the bulb.

Unless you have a Canadian car or the module was added on later, your '05 does not have DRLs.
