I have a problem with some dash lighting. I can't remember for the life of me if the back buttons for the voice command and bluetooth are supposed to light up. That and the main cruise control button lighting on the steering wheel is also dark.

I wasnt sure how to fix them if it is possible, so any help/advice would be great.

Also, how can i adjust the parking brake? It is getting more and more extended at 48k miles, and it doesnt hold the car unless you really yank on it.

I took the rubber tray out of the center console, and popped out that little plastic panel. I could see the cables, but i could find no viable adjustment. It got dark rather quickly, so instead of tearing down more, i put it back together and closed it up.
