Dash *No Cracks*
Dash *No Cracks*
Guys,
I have an 06 TL with 103K on it. Original dash with no cracks at all. What can I do to prevent it from cracking? Also, given the age and mileage, wouldn't it have cracked already? Chicago car its whole life,
cold winters and hot summers. Thanks

What you can do:
- keep it shaded
- keep it clean (what to clean with is all over the place in opinion....no armour all is about all that is agreed upon)
- avoid large/quick temp changes
What you can't do:
- stop it from cracking eventually
- repair the crack
Not all of them start cracking at the airbag lines. Mine started elsewhere and eventually made its way to the passenger airbag over the course of a year or two.
