Cylinder Misfire Codes

Hey All - Hoping someone can give me some perspective and advice on the codes I've been getting on my 3G TL.

I have a 2004 TL Auto with 182,000 miles.

Last saturday I filled up at a different gas station, the next morning I went for a short drive, on the way home my CEL started blinking. I let the car sit for a bit then investigated. I got the following codes (P0300, P0301, P0302,P0303, P0304, P0305, P0306)

The car idles very rough, acceleration up to 3K-3.5K rpms is rough and makes what sounds like a "puffing" noise. Runs fairly smooth from 4K to 5K though.

I've gone through some threads already that have given me some ideas I'm just trying to think about the order in which I should look at things.

BTW, I have seafomed already, although I had almost a full tank of gas so I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not.

It could be so many things....

Bad spark plugs
Bad coil
Bad gas

Flashing check engine is no good, does it stop or does it stay flashing?
