Creeking, poping sound when stoping or turning

I have a loud creeking poping sound when turning either direction. Or when car is in garage and turn whell all the way to right then let up a little makes the same creeking sound although not as loud as when turning at slow speed. Also sound happens when foot on gas and brake putting torqe on engine. Found this video. https://youtu.be/QYuxX3dM2EM
Sound is louder and popping when actually going forward and turning. Replaced Ball joints and the whole Rack and pinion! Guess i wasted $800 on that as sound is still present. Mechanic cant figure out where exact sound is coming from but def louder on passenger side. I was sure it was the rack but now im at a loss may have to take to stealership to get a diag.

Sound does not come from the cv joint i have crawled under car while someone turns the wheel cannot pinpoint exact location. But its more from center of car than outer wheel or cv joint area?

Smile Creeking poping FIXED!!!!

After replacing BALL JOINT and whole Rack and Pinion and still had creeking poping sounds. I put front of car on jack stands to investigate. With car on jacks sound was gone when I jacked up the Passenger side lower control arm to simulate car sitting on ground I heard the noise when raising and lowering the jack/.....after 30 min of trying to locate exactly where the sound was coming from I realized it was resonating through the sub frame the only thing in that area was the Passenger side rear lower control arm bushing I went to remove the bolt and it just turned with no effort SMDH ! So tightened the bolt and nut on both sides of the bushing and then lowered the jack SOUND GONE jacked the control arm back up NO SOUND!!! Put tires on and took for a test drive up the drive way turned as usual and SOUND IS GONE!!!!! sooo AFTER spending $800 plus dollars on having a new rack put in and new ball joints found it was just a loose bolt #17 and #20 on the diagram! Please check these BOLTS and busings before you spend $$$ on a NEW RACK! Well on the bright side I have a new rack and now and it does turn like new !

Have NO CLUE ? Maybe just was never tightened to specs or maybe the bushing shrinking from age ?

No never had any work done on my car at all. Except for changing the brake pads and rotors and the Ball joints and I did all that! This was the first suspension issue that has came up and I just now hit 88,000 miles!

its one of the bushings on the lca's and its not the compliance. I recently did a tran swap had the same issue for a year or so ended up paying a local mechanic 20 bucks a pop to swap the oem ones i got from the dealership no issues now.
