Couple of issues

I have a few issues with my '04 hoping you guys can shed some light.

1.) When you put pressure on the driverside door the lights come on and the display in the cluster shows my door open. None of the other doors do this and I have tried adjusting the rubber stopper all the way with no luck. The pin on the door frame that gets pushed in when the door closes which is what triggers this when you open the door doesn't seem to have any adjustability and the door seems perfectly flush as it should. Anyone encouter this issue?

2.) The rear sub panel when looking in the rear view seems like its not installed properly. It looks like theres something underneath the driverside of the sub thats pushing it up which I think is causing it to rattle when the bass is used. If I put some pressure on it the rattle goes away. Common issue or should I remove the panel?!

3.) My clutch pedal started creaking right when theres about 1" of travel left before you let go completely from it. My S2000 does the same and I'm hardcore OCD...please tell me theres a simple fix since I couldn't seem to figure out how to fix it on the S2k...

4.) At idle, the exhaust sounds like its skipping or pulsating but the car throws no CEL, never hesitates and pulls pretty damn hard. Normal?

I can offer some feedback on your Item #1.

You are correct about the door switch. It is not adjustable and it is not being depressed far enough. I had a good look at these while working of my TL Diet. I have even disassembled the switches.

I see just three options.
1) Take it to the dealer. I am sure they have something to fix this issue.
2) Tape/glue a spacer to the door panel in front of the switch to cause the switch to be depressed further.
3) wedge something behind the door panel to cause the panel to stick out further, thus depressing the switch further.

Unfortunately my car is well out of warranty, '04 with 54,xxx and Its not Cert. pre owned so the stealership is going to me. I will however try the 3rd option. I thought about taping something to the door but didn't want it to look bad. Thanks for the response . Btw, are you ever going to go weigh your car I'm dying to know the actual dry weight.

Mt clutch creaks as well. I just don't mind, as it works fine. You could spray some lube on it though.
