Constantly changing Dust seal need help

whats up...i've changed about the dust seal tie rod about 4 times on the driver side of the car and now the passenger side is starting to leak does anyone know what might cause this???

its part number 7

need some type of feed back...i keep changing it myself b/c it isn't a hard job to do but its becoming a pain..i would take it to the dealer but they might try to say that b/c the car is dropped its causing this to not be at the right angle...i got about 64800 miles on the car and only for about the last 3k its been happening....the car has been dropped for about 3.5 years so i dont think thats a reason..when i look at the area around the boot theres nothing there that would cause it to get a tear...so i dont kno whats the cause...

so far it has gotten a hole on the top part of the boot in between one of the ridges and only once it had gotten a hole on the bottom...the hole seems like a 1/8th tear in the rubber and every time the steering wheel is turned it starts to leak some fluid the fluid is power steering fluid b/c i constantly have to refill the res.

anyone got any ideas???

the car is an 04 auto tl

You have a bad rack. The rubber boots are not ment to hold in power steering fluid. If powers teering fluid is leaking, the seals on the rack are bad.
