Console led neo wedge help!!!!!

So i am trying to do the neo wedge bulb upgrade to change my ac control, heated seats all the places were you can change to the t3 neo wedge bulb. i orderd them from this website http://www.wardenjp.com/stores/neowedge.html . So i took everything out and took all the bulbs out to replace them with these. Once i installled them no light nothing came on from the ac control and heated seats. But they are working on the ones around the gauges the ones that are for the mid and interior light brightness. I tried taking them out and turning them diffrent ways but nothing works. I tried also the heated seat switch nothing, the factory bulbs work but not the new ones. Does anyone know of a sugestion of what i can do to get these to work, or are these just the wrong bulbs. They dont screw in as easy as they factory ones but they do go in with a little force and turn. Same way with the mid ones that worked fine.

try flipping them around. maybe you have the contacts on the wrong side. or as you said they need a little force to go in you might've moved the contacts away from their spot to actually contact

Honestly, they are probably working fine. LEDs do not offer a full dispersion of light unlike their filament-style brothers...LEDs will emit a focused beam that only covers a certain degree of spread.

That being said, the seat heater lights face forward; in order to get the LEDs to illuminate the switches, they need to be pointed UP, not FORWARD. They are probably on, but not lighting anything due to the angle of the light.

NEO-Wedges work for most, but not all applications.
