I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts by my house since cold starting my car in winter weather causes the power steering system to whine a bit until the car warms up completely. This is probably because of a bad O-Ring but my next maintenance isn't until March so I figured adding a little fluid will at least get the sound to go away before I can take it in.

I went into O'Reilly and they didn't have anything specific for Acuras but they did have a Honda generic but they weren't sure about it. Then another guy came out and handed me this.

Will this work? The compatibility on the site doesn't list Acura Models but Pentosin looks to be the same type of PS Fluid. Thanks for your input.

 

I wouldn't use it. I Hate Cars is using Redline ATF in is ps.
