Clicking noises

Hello everyone,

I have noticed that there is a "clicking" noise coming from the front of the car every time I turn the steering wheel in certain angles. This only happens when the car is parked, and I try to pull out of the parking spot. I have yet to hear clicking noises when I am driving around. Does anyone know what could be the issue?

brake pad shifting when you initially pally the brakes at low speeds? I think this is normal. Could also be axle noise (loose axle nut). Or steering coupler is broken

I just know that I never heard this click sound before, I hope it could just be a loose nut.
