Clicking noise from front left wheel/well

I've got an '06 TL with 42k miles on it (automatic).

Recently I've been hearing this clicking noise when I hit a certain speed. At first the clicking didn't start until I hit 50-55mph, but now it seems to start clicking at like 35mph. I don't know exactly how to describe the noise, kind of a cross between a rock in the tire tread and the like a baseball card in the bike tire spokes as a kid.

Any ideas?

Double check your tires for a nail?

That sounds likes something is stuck in your tire. Drive near some kind of road barrier or a wall maybe behind a shopping center and see if it gets louder due to echo. Also, if the sound is worse when turning, it could be your CV joints going out. Check to see if your CV boots are intact. They should still be good at 42K tho.
