First post, purchased my 07' TL-S from TLDream, absolutely love it.

I have a few clearcoat issues on the trunk, directly on top of my emblems, shown:

Everything else about the paint is peachy, this just irks me, especially since the car is only 7 years old.

 

classic case of what happens when a shop is lazy when repainting the trunk and masks off the emblems instead of taking them off. theres no repair for this. only thing you can do is take off the emblems and have the trunk repainted.

 

I figured as much, I took it by the dealership I used to work at, they quoted about $500, before "Bro" prices.

 

car years are kinda like dog years.
7 years old is OLD!
