Check Engine with the following codes

Hi Guys
My 2004 TL with 170k has CEL (for a few months) and pulled these codes
P0497 EVAP Canister Low Purge Flow
P0457 EVAP SYSTEM FUAL LEAK- Replace fuel cap
P2628 Rear A/F Sensor bank 1 sensor 1-- Circuit voltage too high

I have replaced the fuel cap today. Will reset the battery too. Is it safe to order the O2 sensor? No change as gas millage --still getting 23 MPG average.

Side issues: Just a little hard to start. I dont think it is related. If i put the key in, turn the key to on and wait for all the beeping to stop, then crank. it will start right away. If i try to start right away, it take a long crank to start

Thanks in advance. Did some search but don't want to buy anything i dont need. Got inspection coming up next month

Huy

Also beside OEM, is denso the best option? I know from searching not to use Bosch---- and is this the correct part?
