Parking light problem

I've been having trouble with my front lights. The drivers side parking light does not come on. However, the blinker works just fine. Is there a switch I can replace to fix this problem or does anyone have any suggestions? I''ve also got a front passenger side headlight out. It would turn on (and stay on) after two or three tries but now it won't turn on at all. I'm planning on replacing the igniter for this headlight, but it makes me wonder if I've got wiring issues somewhere.

Dual filament bulbs in the turn signal spot... One of them burned out. Cheap n easy to replace. I believe the number is 7443. Not sure about your headlight though. Try the other bulb?

O well that makes sense and was super easy. I did find the problem with my headlight while I was switching them out:

I guess when I replaced it a few years back I didn't seat it correctly and the hid connector unit was fused to it. I replaced the bulb but the connector is shot too I believe. I thought it was a crappy bulb but ends up it was just a crappy installer...
