Charging ports are no longer working...

Hey all,
I got a new cigarette lighter/adapter thingy to charge my ipod and cell phone while driving. Problem is, I cannot get any power to that device either through the front charger port or the one in the center console. I know the charger works as I have used it in my wife's Ody. Couple that with the fact that I took her charger (different brand/form factor) and tried it in my car as well. No luck on getting any power to the unit.
I am assuming there has to be a blown fuse somewhere but if someone has come across this before, let me know so I can get this fixed soon. It is a drage limiting my phone usage solely because I cannot rely on getting it charged while driving.

Thanks in advance for your help.

This has happenned to me twice. Replace the miniture blue 15 Amp fuse in the fuse panel next to the hood release. When you go to any auto parts store, they only sell them packs of 5.

If my memory serves correct, it's the 3rd from the rear on the bottom row. Double verify that with the chart on the inside of the fuse panel door.

I thought for sure...

When I popped the fuse cover and saw that there was not even a fuse in that slot...crazy.
So, off I go to the parts store, invest the couple of dimes needed to acquire the 15amp fuse, and put it in. Still no love though

I was sure that it was the correct call especially since I noticed that there was not a fuse in its place but I must continue my quest to figure out what went wrong with my charger.

As a side note, I have tested the phone/charger in my wife's car in addition to taking her working charger and trying it in mine. I am pretty sure I have nailed it down to the port itself.

Thanks again!
