Changing axel assembly

Changing axel assembly

hi all changed right front axel on auto base right side. automatic
had trouble getting spline all the way in by rotor, was i suppose to remove antilock sensor first? now i got abs light on, must have broke it.
thanks for any info. did finally get spline thru with a rubber mallet but it was tight.

No you don't have to remove the abs sensor. Should have used a little grease on the splines to get it through.

It's a good idea to remove the sensor cause they're pretty easy to break as you know now.
