Batt is good. Turn key and everything cuts off. Short somewhere right? any ideas?
The timing belt was replaced 3 weeks ago, any chance they could've caused this problem?

 

will it start with a jump?

 

didn't try that. The battery is brand new. when I turn the key all electronics shut off and the blue light at key flickers.
Disconnect batt and reconnect, all electronics work but still does same thing when I turn it....

 

I know this is a place to go for help but come on! Give it a jump, see if it starts, I'm sure it will, your battery is dead. You have to start somewhere.

Go down the normal list. If it's not the battery, check the connections. If it's not the connections, check the starter. If it starts with a jump it's not the starter.

 

Does it make a clicking sound when you try to start?
