I have tried following the factory directions to reset the oil screen by holding the reset button for 10 seconds but an orange screen comes up saying "A12" Service Due Soon or something...I just took it to Jiffy-Lube and got the oil/oil filter/air filter all changed...is there a way to get around this screen and reset my oil life?

 

Jiffy didn't reset it for you? Doors closed, key to the on position, hold down the select/reset button for 10-15 seconds when the service message is displayed. The screen will change, hold down the reset button again for a few more seconds and voila your oil life is now reset.
