CEL Code 2195 & 2197 (o2 sensor stuck lean)

My TL started throwing a code 2195 which is the Bank 1 Sensor 1 wideband sensor Stuck Lean. So I order a new one and replace it. It is fine for a few weeks then the code comes up again this time its code 2195 and 2197 which is Bank 2 Sensor 1 Stuck Lean. I notice my gas mileage is pretty crappy now (21MPG w/ normal city driving) used to be a little better 24mpg.

Anyways has anyone experienced this and what did you do to fix this? The TL has 57,000miles btw. I have a feeling if I buy another o2 sensor and replace it the same problem is going to come up again wasting more money. Thanks for any help.

I know this is an old thread but it sounds like someone ran leaded race gas.

doesn't race gas kill the cats? unburned fuel in the cats?

How's it affect the o2 sensors?

LoLz....the problem seemed to have fixed itself. I think I may have been running bad gas from the gas station. I run C-16 leaded in my Turbo Honda Civic but not in my TL .

Totally off topic but where do you get your C-16 out there? I spend a lot of time in the Southern Highlands area and was wondering if I have to go all the way to the track for gas.

Yeah I have to go to the track but fortunately the track is only 10 minutes from my house.
