Good morning AZine,

Parked the car in the garage last night and when I started the car this morning a CEL came up.
How do I find out what the CEL is for ?

Head over to the local AutoZone to have the code pulled. If no AZ locally, check another auto parts store to see if they have a reader available.

My window washer fluid freezed the other day, I read somewhere that it could blow off a fuse and cause a CEL, is that true ?

CEL-Check Engine Light. Not that I'm aware of.

Sound's way off to me. Best bet is to do as suggested and find out what the code is and go from there.

I called Oreilly's and they have the diagnosis device, where to I hook it to ?

It's in the drivers side footwell on the left. Very obvious once you look. They'll also be able to help you
