car won't start over night

I have a 2008 acura TL Type-S just put in a new alternator and battery but it still dies over cold nights. does any one have an idea what it could be? Thanks.

The handsfreelink module? Seems to be a common occurrence. Does yours work? If it doesn't, chances are good it's the culprit.
