Car is weird

Hey guys!

So just last week, I was driving my car and didn't see one of those islands in the middle of the road when I was turning. I ended up going over it and i heard a scrape, It wasn't that high so I assumed it was just my front lip or something. (I'm not lowered)

Yesterday, I was driving back to my house when suddenly, my car was jerking real bad and the check engine light came on, I pulled over and as i was doing so, I noticed smoke coming from the middle of my car.

I let my car sit for a little bit, had a friend come to me so he can watch my car from behind and tell me what he sees. He said he just saw some smoke come from the middle but after like two minutes, the smoke was gone and I was driving.

Heres the weird part, when I step on it (after 3K rpm) the car starts to bog down, especially in third gear. It only does so when I am accelerating past 3k.

What do you think it could be?

Compression failure? Exhaust leak? Catalytic converter got cracked?

me thinks you punctured either the oil pan or transmission housing BUT no one knows for sure until you PHYSICALLY check yourself

I don't think its the oil pan bc my oil life is still at 100%, if it was punctured, wouldn't the life go down?

no.
you need to physically CHECK what is broken. the only way you can do that is jack the car up and LOOK
you def. broke something going over the median.

Lmao. It was a sharp turn with a median right there and a small ass lane, also in a area I am unfamiliar with. Cut me some slack please haha

That is the third catalytic converter.

Your oil life goes down based on mileage. You must have just did an oil change and reset it if it is at 100% still.

Just to be clear, you're looking at the 3rd and 4th image right?

Update:
Okay, so I took my car to O'reillys and they read the codes.

Basically, cylinders 1,2,4,5,6 are misfiring and my Map sensor threw out two codes too.

Could this just be a simple spark plug fix and my little median incident had no effect?

Also, as I was driving it to the O'reillys, it drove really well.

Before you do any more driving check all your fluids and that they're at proper levels. Did you check for leaks immediately after that median jump? My guess is the cat took a wallop and forked your O2 sensor leading to the misfire codes. If you saw smoke I wonder if the bottom of your radiator somehow took some of that hit and dumped your coolant? Hopefully that's not the case if you've been driving around in the meantime.
