Car shuts off while running

Gentlemen, last summer I was driving my '06 Tl and suddenly the vehicle shut off completly. No a sign of power at all. I did basic checks and waited about 10 or 15 mins and then tried again and started. Brought the car to the dealer but they could not find anything. Also the radio stops working. Does not turn on. there is no response at all. I need help. Any solutions from the community?

that used to happen to me when i owned a P.O.S. 2000 VW Jetta. It was the crank shaft sensor that I needed replacing.

Actually, it was the whole damn car that i replaced because that thing was a freakin lemon.

When I had my '94 Integra I was driving home from work one day on the highway during rush hour and my car just died right in the middle lane of the highway, of course I was like and tried furiously to turn the key to start it up again and after about 5 tries it finally did. I found out my ignition had gone to shit and had to get it replaced. Soon after I bought the TL anyways.

first i will start off by checking your battery and your charging system..sounds like your battery going bad and is not holding a charge...so with all those accessories running in the car it seems like its draining all the juice from your battery and losing all its power..this has happen to me once and i got my battery warranty out at acura...hope this helps

bad ground, fuel pump that would be a first unless theres water in the tank. pcm, most likly due to a bad ground, water or short. main relay or electrical portion of the ignition switch. loose cables.

Mine did the exact same thing.
I couldnt get it restarted so I took it to the dealership and it started as soon as they tried it. They looked it over and i went home.

Then it happened a few days later. Wouldn't re start...so I had it towed in again...and it started first thing. They kept it for a week, tried to replicate it, but nothing.

So I took it to another the first dealership and left it. They couldnt find anything, but I told them to flush the fuel lines in case something was stuck in it.

Well Its been since a little before halloween and it hasnt died again...so I guess its fine lol
