Sounds like you need a new one! You may have a parasitic drain as well, likely cause being the HFL unit. Does the battery cable itself look like it's in poor condition, the terminal on mine corroded so I had to put on an aftermarket one but the plan is to replace the whole thing soon.

go to autozone and have them check the battery. if its ok and not too old buy a new positive battery terminal. I had a lot of strange and inconsistent electrical problems and replaced the postive cable with an OEM honda one because it wasnt very expensive and wouldn't be such a big deal if turned out to solve the issue but it actually did! Before I would have problems as common as random dead batteries to flickering headlights when the car was off, parked, and locked. I was starting to think it was haunted lol
