Can't pinpoint battery drain
Alright guys so if I don't drive the car for a while the battery drains I already eliminated the possibility of it being the HFl/Subwoofer/Battery or Alternator the tape deck is stuck but highly doubt thats what the problem is
I noticed that the navi settings always resets itself to a previous preset when turned off(for example sound settings) Maybe the drain is coming from the nav? I have a usa spec module installed

An easy way to do it is to hook up a multimeter in series with negative cable and terminal on the battery. Set the meter to 10A or higher current setting. Then pull fuses and check to see if the meter reads close to 0A. With that said it should be easier for you to pinpoint which circuit is having issues.

Do as klanza said to locate which fuse the drain is coming from.
I had a drain that was caused by a faulty radio. It got to the point my car would drain over night. I replaced the radio with a new one I found for $199 at replacementradios.com and it solved my problem completely. I think it was fuse 5 along with other components like amp if I remember correctly.
You can find some good youtube videos on finding parasitic drains.

Just did the multimeter test and there's no draw, perhaps cause the radio is off? I'm starting to believe its the tape when the car is off and on you can hear the tape running and its pretty annoying

Alright so I hooked up my radar detector that has a battery voltage meter and can confirm that the voltage does drop albiet very slowly so that confirms the radio being the problem hopefully I can figure out a way to take the tape out

Honestly, if I were in your shoes, I'd look into another salvaged radio and install it.
There's really no good reason why a tape in the deck is causing a drain.
For example: Think if some ancient 3G member play music from his tape deck library (Awesome Mix Vol.1, perhaps?) . If he leaves the car and the tape in the deck, should he come back to a dead car? I'd hope not! Hence the tape stuck may really be a red herring and the radio itself is somehow shorted/on the fritz.
Just a suggestion

Its the tape deck and stuck tape. That was my problem... the radio unit keeps trying to eject it even with no key in the ignition. I was able to get mine out with a micro flathead screwdriver... took some patience. Good luck.
