A/C & Heater blowing weak

A/C & Heater blowing weak
The A/C & Heater work, but it blows very weak. 2006 base TL.
Is there a chance something got sucked into the fan and while it works, it’s just not working to it’s potential? Where does it suck air in from? Maybe that’s blocked? Is there a way to check it visually without going under the dash and dropping the blower motor down? Would I even be able to see it, or is the fan encased and the motor just has a shaft that goes in to turn the fan?
The volume of air coming out of the vents is about a third as strong as my 2006 Civic.
Thanks!

Also... I just recently changed the cabin air filter with a charcoal infused one. It’s new and the old one was not really dirty at all. Just typical dust and whatnot.
Mira been blowing weak for quite a while. But I rode in a friends TL which is a year older than mine and his A/C was great. It has at least twice the airflow as mine.

sometimes it can take a few minutes for the system to give you max air flow! If you feel that there's still and issue your best bet is the blower resistor

I don't think the blower in my TL is anywhere near as "strong" feeling as in previous cars of mine....however it also isn't nearly as loud.
1.) Does the blower change speeds up/down with every selected speed level?
2.) Do you have the output forced to the dash vents?
3.) Are you using re-circulation mode?
4.) If you just changed the filter, that would have been the opportunity to take a look for any obstructions in the blower.
