Button on Steering Wheel not working

My 08 TL-S steering wheel button is not working. Perhaps i'm not doing it the right now. The button on the right side of the steering wheel right underneath the cruise control button, there are three buttons, up, sel and down to control the menu on your dash board. The up and down button works perfectly fine but when i try to select, i'll get no response. For example when i go to check my tire pressure on the dash board screen, all i see is "tire press ok normal" sign. I've held the select button for 10 secs and still no response. Ain't i suppose to see a picture of a car showing all four tire pressure after pressing select button? Am i doing it incorrectly?

I think you're right - you seem to have a problem there! Sounds like the Dealer needs to take care of this!
