Buildup behind rear wheels

Recently got my first ever Acura TL Type S. Been my dream car for a long time and coming from a F150 it was a big change but I love it. I'm getting buildup behind the rear wheels on both sides and can't get whatever it is off. Any suggestions?

looks like it could have been from a clear rock guard and it was peeled off leaving the sticky glue. Had that happen to mine,I used dawn dish soap and clay bar then buffed it. Good luck hope this helps

It looks like the dealer applied some clear-bra to the car and that's appeared to stain. Try using some 70% rubbing alcohol to try clean it off. If that doesn't work you probably will have to take off the little piece of clearbra.
