The past two days i have been noticing that when i come to a stop, right before i completely stop the brakes feel like they are slipping. I fell a little jolt then the car stops. I think i may have warped rotors, i put them on almost a year ago and they have prob less than 6K miles on them. Is it possible that something else could be causing it.

 

Difficult to understand the terminology of brake slipping when you stop. If tou're going 25 or so and mash on the brake pedal and if it stops your good. Had you been in a lot of water at the time?

 

Normal stopping, when the ar is almost stopped it feels like the brakes release a little and then recatch. Today I felt a "nice" vibration coming from the front brakes. This is definately making me think warped rotors.
