hello, on a recent dealer service they replaced the rear brake pads and turned the rotors claiming a recall on pads only. does anyone know of thsi recall and should acura have replaced the rotors instead of turning them?

 

I would be interested in knowing as well. I had my rear pads done at the dealer recently as well...he said he was only going to charge me for pads...no labor. Which I thought was a very nice thing to do...however if there was a tsb or recall it wasnt so nice as they would be charging me for something that should be free.

But as far as I can recall, no TSB for what you describe.

This is as close as I can find regarding pads, but it's for Brembo fronts:

No recalls on the rear brakes, and no TSB's that I'm aware of on the rear, but there are numerous TSB's on the early Brembos.
