Brake Pad Install - Boston Ma
I currently have an '05 TL w/ ~ 30K on it and its starting to sweak a bit. I would assume that is Brake Pads? Its a 6sp and I was wondering if anyone other there knew a good local person to take it to or if I should just take it to Clair or AOB.
Any thoughts or advice would be awesome!
Thanks

If there is a race car prep shop or import sports shop - go there for quality work
Ask the place that does performance mufflers- they will have a friend
See Yellow Pages of local phone book
We just did the same brake job and put new Rotora 1 piece slotted (See Josh/Excelerate)
on a 05 TL 6mt. The Brembos are no big deal to work with - it looks worse than it is, and if you know a few tricks- as easy as any other TL brake job
No need to pay dealer for this repair- you will need to resurface or new rotors- have them inspected somewhere right away.
The noise could be the low pad indicator tab hitting the rotor and thats not helping things!
