I blacked out my headlights in 2006 and accidentally painted the reflector back... I didn't really know what I was doing back then, but now (a long ass time late) would like to somehow correct this. Does anyone know of a viable alternative to replacing the reflector?

Yes, you can replace with with either clear or amber reflectors.
