Rallye is fucking garbage. You are lucky to get a loaner car out of them. They turned me down for warranty work because of some aftermarket part. I don't want to talk about it. They wanted money from me. I told them I came for warranty work and they said no and told me to go back to where to the place where I bought my car. The service advisor was too scared to say no to me so he sent the lady secretary over to me to say no.
With that being said. Valley Stream Acura service is the bomb. They know how to treat Acura owners well.

Anyways moral of the story....make sure when you talk to your SA there is another customer there or make sure the showroom is full! I picked up the car when it was closing so the dickhead SA had the upper hand in bull shitting!

I think its just my SA that I got, they should relocate him to Paragon Honda or fire his ass! Their service has gone downhill thru the years. I felt like I was in some used car dealer when talking to the dickhead. Wasted my time listen to him bullshit his way and I think Rallye only gives you a loaner car if you bought the car from them. I also had experience with Rallye MB and they have the same policy, probably the as Rallye Lexus.

In regards to Acura HQ, I spoked to them the day after since they called. But no luck and it was like a 180 degree turn. They kept saying they were going to help me in the begining, but in the end nothing was done. Makes you not want to buy the brand if the Main HQ is like this.
