My left back-up/reverse light went out so ran up to my local auto parts store and got replacements. After replacing the left side bulb, it still wouldn't light up. I took out the new bulb and put it on the other side that was working to see if it was the bulb and it lit up fine on the right side. I tried second new bulb on the left side and it still wouldn't light up. Any ideas what the problem could be or something else I could try?

 

get your test light out and see if you have power.
