Back Up ACC

hey guys I noticed my battery keep dying after a day or two of not driving. I had a starting issue a month ago where i replaced the starter, new battery, corroded wires, and removed the HFL. now this battery draining issue. I been testing the fuses under the hood and when i pull the "Backup ACC" fuse the tester dims. Im not clear which components is linked to the Backup ACC. help please!!

I completely disconnected it from its circuit board. That was last month. I also disconnect where it connects by the ceiling dome light.

Underhood fuse box has a relay for the a/c compressor clutch that burns out and sticks on. Kills the battery fast. If you pull the relay and her a click, that is the culprit. It is black and marked "omron".

there's 3 black fuses that marks OMRON. I pulled them all but no click sound. even when testing them, my tester showed it to be good. all fuses were good except for the Back up ACC
