Back panel speaker rattle

Is it just my bad luck or do the 3G models have a problem with a back speaker rattle? I've had the same problem with both my '04 and '07 Type S. I brought it in to the dealer numerous times and they claim its a manufacturer defect with the child safety lock in the back seat. They've insulated the sub several times, however, whenever cold weather strikes, any song with a beat causes the back sub to rattle up against the panel making an annoying sound. My sub is only at 50% and the bass is at 80%. I can hear this on volume levels 8 or 9. Has anyone else had the same problem? Does anyone know of a solution?

Check out the PDF link that is in post #32. I did repair procedure #3 and that eliminated my sub rattle entirely. Notice, there are several fixes so if one doesn't work for you, try another. GL
