i just bought a 2006 tl with 100k km and when the transmission is warm, when i put in reverse and shift to drive, i have a 4-5 sec delay before trans shift. i just did 2 3x3 trans oil change with M1 ATF full synth. don't look like better. i want to make sure if its normal or not.

 

For the most people it's normal...but I've recently flushed mine and did the new fluid from Honda/Acura and it went away!....I was so excited

you are right about the flush because i seen a big difference this week end after i did the second flush. i will do a third 3x3 oil change.
