I think the majority of us who have the A-spec body kit has encountered this issue. It's not very noticable unless you have an instance where it's pretty bad. An extra dose of 3M double-sided tape will take of the problem.

i had this horrible gap on the passenger side front lip and nothing would fix it. i tried 3m tape, locktite heavy duty tape...cleaned the area with alcohol each time. nothing would hold it.
i bought a white 2-ton epoxy from lowes that could be used on plastic and fiberglass. i prep'd the area real well, applied a 1 inch think line of the epoxy on the bumper and secured it in place with a few clamps. 24 hours later it was rock hard and had sealed perfectly. BUT, there was still a tiny tiny gap in 2 spots. i bought some bright white tile caulk and smeared it in the gap with my finger and it looks perfect. even looking at it very close you cant notice it.
try the caulk first. that can always be peeled/scraped off. if that doesnt work or look good, try the epoxy first to make a solid seal then fill the tiny gaps with caulk

lol.. mine had the gaps as well. that double sided tape it comes with sux. so what I epoxied it as well. that things does stick and gets bone hard. only problem is, if u have to take of the front bumper, its gnna be a bi?ch to take off the screws by the fender after its expoxied...you will have to pull it apart and expoxy all over again.
