Arm Rest Clicking

Does anyone have a fix for the armrest clicking when I am on a bumpy road? If I rest my arm on the arm rest it is quiet. The slider seams to be loose, the dealer tells me all the arm rest are like that?? My old Accord's sliding arm rest was nice and solid.
Would appreciate any suggestions.

open the arm rest, just were the change bin is, and tighten all the screws on the underside of the armrest. then goto the lower bin, remove the rubber mat in there, and tighten those 2 screws.

The arm rest as well as the whole center console do tend to click and tick as the cold weather sets in (not sure where you are). Mine started clicking within the last few weeks. Last time I found that it was a few screws under the aluminum trim. I loosened them and sprayed a small bit of silicone (NOT wd40) on them and re tightened them. Don't over do it. It's just plastic you are holding together. It think what am hearing now is the ones I didn't do last time.

Mine definitely is temp related. Quiet all summer.
