Whats up guys? I have had my 06 WDP Tl for about 5 months now, My headlamps lens are fogged but like burned not moist or nothing. Its on both headlamps and it is right where the HID goes. Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me luck. I wouldnt mind taking it to the dealer, they do hook me up with some bad ass loaners. Let me know..

Yeah i see a little circle mark where the HIDs shine thourgh the headlight lens on my 06 too but i only notice it when i have the HIDs on. But maybe thats cause my headlights are smoked.

the dealer ordered my new headlamps and will install them next week. They said they have never seen this before. They said riding with the high beam on can cause it but who does that???

HIDs are very cool bulbs. You shouldn't feel any heat from them compared to halogens.

That's such BS. What are you supposed to do? Never use high beams? I think I would have lit his butt up for a comment like that. Do these idiots think we're all that naive??

HIDS arent cooler bulbs they operate at lower voltage but higher temperature... one of the things philips had to overcome with HIDS for cars was the burn in period, when u turn them off n then on again quickly..... because of the heat and chemicals cooling and then rapidly exploding when turned on again and creating light the bulbs would pop.
