Anyone replaced the Type-S trans. upper mount???

Anyone replaced the Type-S trans. upper mount???
I was doing an oil change the other day at my job and inspected the vehicle and found my trans. upper mount thats under the air intake box torn. has anyone replace this before? Oh an my type-s is manual!

as easy as the side motor mount? I have replaced that one last month.. where would I jack up the motor/tran when removing the motor mount?
