Anyone know what these plugs are for?

I bought a 04 tl from someone who was into modifying it like it was a civic, in trying to make it look normal again I noticed some plugs were either not plugged in or modified. I wish I would have taken pics but I was in the moment of fixing and did not stop to take pics

hope I can describe it well

took off front bumper... where the hood lock is there is 2 separate plugs one has a connector on the end the other is cut

car had a annoying noise thing when u put in reverse, I noticed that the unit was under the rear decklid to the right of the sub, it had green connector which i unplugged which stopped the noise but it looked like it was a factory plug not an add on, also it was mounted on top of a plastic black box, what is the plastic box for?

rear bumper has 4 little modules that had honda on it and said up that were mounted into the bumper, factory wiring again,

also the factory trunk does not work. is there a fuse for it?

thanks i wish i had taken pics

the bumper has a back up sensor installed, this is rare on a TL.
I did see a website one time that sold the back up sensors, so I do know that they are available for our car.

wiring it looks like for the 4 modules, if it does have back up sensors how does it work, because when i had it hooked up all it did when i put in reverse was make an annoying high pitched sound that made me more nervous reversing then ever

when you are close to an object it should beep and speed up the closer you get. I think some of them let off one short beep when you shift into reverse at the start though. Try parking away from anything and reconnecting, then shift into reverse and back towards something like a wall.

From: is everything.
Also make sure the trunk release is turned on with the switch in the glove box.

that high pitch sound is the back up sensors "working"

but i think you connected something wrong(or it was wired wrong when you got it) , as the sound is only supposed to come on when you come close to something.
