I got my tranny mounts done and yesterday just had my motor mounts replaced and.... no change still have a vibration around 60 mph. Going to my machanic later htis week to just take a good look an everything on the car, now though im starting to get scared that this might be a serious problem, subframe cracks or joints that are destroyed :[

I may have to resort to this too. its so weird how stiffening the suspension reduced/masked the problem :shrugs:

yes too all. wheels are set to factory specifications. running 33-34psi all 4 tires. suspension good besides one of the coils being seized but i dont think that would contribute to it

Ah yes that could very well contribute to it, a stiff suspension will naturally cause vibrations at high speeds because the the uneven road surface it not getting muffled out by a flexing wheel/suspension

ok, how about your brakes/ rotors, if old and warped that can cause it too. good luck tho, hope it isn't anything too serious or expensive

i forgot about my rotors! mine might be warped ill have to check but wouldnt that cause a vibration at anytime? Mine only happens at 55-64 after that there is no vibration.

Not necessarily, it depends on the severity of the warp , but if it gets worse as you brake that would be a good indication

Sometimes if i go over 100 mph and brake the car will shutter but not the same way when i accelerate and the the braking shakes dont happen anymore anyways but the acceleration shakes still do.
